Yes, all rentals are subjected to a delivery fee depending on location. We charge $2 per mile from our location to your events address.
We use Square invoicing which allows you to make payments whenever you would like. If you book ahead we can also set up an automatic payment plan for you.
We thoroughly clean & sanitize all equipment after each use and at set up. All of our bubbles are thoroughly cleaned with a professional ball washing machine. As parents ourselves we understand the importance of having a clean and safe play environment for the littles!
We do both! (Weather permitting) We can customize our play area to fit your space. All outdoor set ups are highly encouraged to be placed under a tent or shaded area, due to the material of the soft play it will easily become over heated in direct sunlight.
An attendant helps monitor our play zones to ensure all rules are being followed and everyone is having fun in a safe way. Our attendants are not responsible for the supervision of children. Adult supervision (Parent/Guardian) must be present at all times.
Our soft play is for Ages 0-5. But our ball pits are for all ages.
(Adult supervision is always required)
We are based in south of Houston but service all of Houston areas!
